Edna went to work at Rohr in 1978. She worked as a Budget Analyst (1979-1992) Buyer and then as a Buyer (1992-2009). She celebrated her 10 years of service at Rohr in 1988. During the 1990s, Edna was a member of the NMA.

Her father, Lloyd Bagwell, and her husband, Claude Driskill, also worked at Rohr.
